A woman who auditioned to be on the new season of 'America's Got Talent' has filed a lawsuit against the show's production company and accused Tyra Banks of abusing her daughter.The complaint was filed by an unnamed 'Jane Doe,' who claims that the new 'Talent' host 'humiliated' and 'verbally abused' her daughter 'Mary Doe' during a taping of the show on March 19 in Los Angeles."He never hit me, but I would say there were blows to my spirit, blows to my emotional well-being every day," she says. 'Jane' and her husband were attending their second audition when their daughter's traumatizing backstage incident allegedly took place, with the couple having moved on following a previous performances in New York.
Their musical duo, in which 'Jane' sings and writes the song and her husband plays guitar, elected to perform a song about motherhood that was written with 'Mary' in mind in their first audition, which led to a call from producers ahead of their trip to Los Angeles.
He was arrested on the suspicion of making criminal threats and was released on bail.
Weeks later, rumors of their reconciliation were reported.
